Definition of Jawed Ball
Jawed Ball is a billiards term that is a part of Billiard Technique Terminology.
A jawed ball is a ball that neglects to fall in to the pocket after rebounding several times back and forth between the knuckles or jaws of that same pocket. When a player leaves a jawed ball on the table, his or her opponent is normally left with a very easy shot.
