Definition of Titties
Titties is a billiards slang term that is a part of Pool Table Terminology.
The term titties refers to the two knuckle points that form where the cushion tapers in toward the pocket. The titties form the outskirts of the pocket's jaw.

Here is an example of use from the Mosconi Cup XXVI - 2019-11-26, courtesy of DAZN (I think). set #9, rack #3:
It was on day 2, in the fourth set (Billy/Skyler vs. Kazakis/Feijen), game 3 (set #9 overall) - and the dialog is between break and first shot. It ended with a great shot for the situation.
