Definition of Knuckle
Knuckle is a billiards slang term that is a part of Pool Table Terminology.
Knuckle refers to the tips on the edges of the cushions where they begin to taper in toward the pocket. The knuckle is the jutting curve where the pocket meets the cushion on either side of the pocket. Each knuckle builds the jaws of the pocket.
