Definition of Corner Hooked
Corner Hooked is a billiards term that is a part of Billiard Technique Terminology.
A ball is corner hooked when the knuckle of a pocket prevents shooting the cue ball in a straight path directly to an object ball. In this scenario, the cue ball is considered corner-hooked. Placement of the cue ball sufficiently deep inside a pocket opening such that the point of the cushion or tit blocks a direct shot to an object ball.
