Definition of Tit
Tit is a billiards slang term that is a part of Pool Table Terminology.
The term tit refers to a knuckle; the jutting point at which the cushion curves in toward the pocket. The tit often gives billiard players trouble by blocking some shots.

I find it very offensive to use the word "tit" even if it's referring to a part of the pool table. That is a part of a woman's body, not part of a pool table.
I am a female pool player and was playing in a pool tournament when that word was used. I thought they were referring to me. I was really embarrassed.
The use of this term needs to be stopped.
