Definition of Stun

Stun is a billiards slang term that is a part of Billiard Technique Terminology.

Stun refers to the stun shot, where the cue ball does not exhibit topspin or backspin at the time it strikes the object ball. This causes the cue ball to stun out and ride the tangent line.

Stun - Usage

Just drop a stun on the 3 ball and it should set you up nicely for the 5.
