Definition of Large Ball
Large Ball is a billiards term that is a part of Game Rule Terminology.
Large ball is another term for big ball, which is a carom billiard metaphor. Based on the position of the object ball and the angle of the shot, the object ball is as though it is very large and thus easy to strike. Usually for an object ball to be a large ball, it usually lies in a corner, and the shooting player has an angled shot at it.
