Definition of Double Whammy
Double Whammy is a billiards slang term that is a part of Billiard Technique Terminology.
In the game of billiards, a double whammy is where the shooting player pots two balls in one shot. It can also be used to refer to two balls on pockets at both ends of the table. In this sense, it is used to describe the action of placing the cue ball on the right side of the d, and hitting the cue ball solidly pace at 2 o'clock with a smooth follow through. This term should not be confused with the term double hit, since they do not mean the same thing at all.
