Pimmetje is a billiards slang term that is a part of Snooker Terminology.
A pimmetje is a form of snooker shot. In a snooker pimmetje shot, the cue ball follows a struck object into the pocket.

I have never heard this word once in over 30 years studying snooker, as a player, referee, coach, author, and now owner of www.snookergames.co.uk.
Not sure where you got this from, but it would never be used in the UK.
