Definition of Force Follow Shot
Force Follow Shot is a billiards term that is a part of Billiard Technique Terminology.
A force follow shot is a type of powerful shot whereby the shooting player applied force follow to the cue ball. To execute a force follow shot, the player must strike the ball very hard with a great amount of topspin. The force follow shot is optimal when a full hit is desired and when the cue ball lies close to the object ball. In Australia, a force follow shot is referred to as a jenny shot.
