   It is a Crystal Leisure import (I believe) under the brand name "Wizard Cues".

   They are currently sold in the USA through an online retailer called Phoenix Billiard run by Duane Baker based out of Glendale, Arizona.

   Phoenix Billiards describes them as follows:

   Wizard cues are good looking, inexpensive hardwood cues designed for home use.

   They've been around a while, you do see some that are obviously aged a bit. Not worth a whole lot. Brand new they sell for between $40 and $120.
