ID Unknown Pool Cue "Made of the Finest Selected and Seasons Woods"
I was wondering where to start or get an idea of what kind or brand of pool cue I have, because there are no markings regarding a cue maker, brand, or manufacturer.
The label on the shaft reads:
THESE CUES ARE MADE OF THE FINEST SELECTED AND SEASONED WOODS.
FINEST QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP DONE BY MASTER CRAFTSMAN.
HAND MADE AND FINISHED TO PERFECTION.
There's a stripe/ring on the bottom that reads "SCOTT".

As @KCCC mentioned in his earlier reply to your other post, this cue features a (very poorly) knocked-off design from one of the top cue manufacturers of the day, Palmer Cue of New Jersey.
The name in the fake window would normally be a personalization in similar Palmer models.
This cue, again, is more-or-less worthless as a pool cue to any serious pool player. Same goes for the amateur player, as you can get generally high quality new cues today for under $50 USD.
It was mass-produced cheaply, again, with substandard materials and poor workmanship, despite what the label says.
This cue was imported under the "High Skore" brand (or similar) by WA-MAC, INC., also of NJ (so it is not surprising to me to see models featuring knock-offs of Palmer cue designs).
Their 1989 trademark of the "HIGHSKORE" wordmark states:
Reg. No: 1,568,614
FOR: Bowling balls, bowling pins, bowling alleys, billiard tables, billiards sticks and tips, cue balls, billiard balls, "snooker" balls, pocket and billiard cushions, "snooker" rubber cushions, duck pin balls, billiard pocket and subway tables, in class 28 (U.S. CL. 22)
FIRST USE: 1917-05-01
This is an example of a company importing things they have zero expertise in (as evidenced by their naming "billiards sticks").
Here is another example of a low-quality HighSkore pool cue featuring a knock-off design and the same "quality" blurb as is found on yours. It still as the original "HighSkore" sticker on the butt sleeve (which was likely removed from yours):
