Definition of Threat
Threat is a billiards slang term that is a part of Billiard Technique Terminology.
A threat is a ball or group of balls which lie in scoring position on your side of the table. The degree of threat can vary considerably depending on the number of balls and their location, as well as the score.
Threat - Usage
Your end of the table is full of threat. That 7 ball that rests on your end of the table is about your biggest threat at the moment.
