Definition of Tally Balls
Tally Balls is a billiards term that is a part of Billiard Accessory Terminology.
Tally balls are the pills that make up the pea set.
Tally balls are numbered peas that are thrown in to a bottle and then drawn to determine a random placement in to a rank order.

I just bought a new set of pills or (Tally Balls). Can some one tell me why there is a 16 pill in a set of tally balls, when there are only 15 balls in the rack?
