Definition of Bottle
Bottle is a billiards term that is a part of Billiard Accessory Terminology.
In billiards, the term bottle refers to the bottle that is used in some cue sport games such as kelly pool and bottle pool to hold numbered peas.
The purpose of the bottle is to mix up the numbered peas to be drawn by players. This practice serves to assign random spots to the players in, for example, a tournament roster.
Additionally, it serves to assign random object balls to game players in, for example, bottle or kelly pool.
