Definition of Riding The Nine
Riding The Nine is a billiards slang term that is a part of Billiard Technique Terminology.
When a player is riding the nine, he or she is either caroming another ball in to the 9 ball, or is shooting another ball into the 9 ball, with the hope that the 9 ball will become pocketed.
