Definition of Low
Low is a billiards term that is a part of Billiard Accessory Terminology.
Low refers to suit of balls that includes the balls numbered 1 through 7 in a set of 15 billiard balls. The low suit of balls are solid in color. Low may also refer to the area of contact between the cue tip and the cue ball during a stroke. For a draw shot, the player must shoot low on the cue ball.

I'm shooting the low balls. I am trying to draw back the cue ball so I shot nice and low.
