Definition of In Jail
In Jail is a billiards slang term that is a part of Billiard Technique Terminology.
The term in jail refers to a player who has been snookered or locked up as such that they have no possible way to perform a legal shot. When their inning starts, they'll have no choice by to shoot, and foul.
