Definition of House Rack
House Rack is a billiards slang term that is a part of Billiard Technique Terminology.
House rack is a derogatory term applied to a poorly racked set of balls. Balls in a house rack are racked improperly in that they are not in firm contact with neighboring balls. The result of a house rack, or any set of poorly racked balls, is the uneven spread after the break shot.
House Rack - Usage
That was such a house rack. No wonder the balls are all still clustered.
