Has anyone ever seen that movie (9-Ball) advertised on this site in the link (billiard movies) ? I did a search on Blockbuster and Hollywood Video and can't find it.

   It's not out yet, and may never be. According to the directory, they hit financial trouble, and didn't have the capital to complete the film due to lack of sponsors.
