How Much is a Medici 3 Cue Worth?
I recently purchased two Medici #3 cues from a pawn broker. They have never been used and it felt like a good price.
After reading your very helpful write up and info on Medici cues, and Meucci cues being too costly, I am wondering if I got a good buy.
How much would you say a brand new Medici 3 pool cue is worth today?
I paid $300 for both.

At $150 each for what we would call "new old stock" - I would say you did OK and could probably recover that amount at auction if you had to.
MSRP on the model was $365 and retail was $292.
The only hesitation I would have on higher values is that the Medici lines aren't particularly remarkable and aren't really sought-after by Meucci collectors.
But again, shouldn't have any problem getting your money out of them (and then some, probably) if they are truly brand new (never chalked), have their original matching shafts, and all pieces are straight, etc.
