Replacement Tip for Dufferin Pool Cues

I have the same Dufferin cues as the ones shown in the question ID Pool Cue with "CD" Logo. They came with an old cottage my parents bought.

I am trying to figure out how to replace the cue tips, as they are totally gone.

Any suggestions on what brands / size to look at?

I am new to this and would appreciate your help.

   There's the cue tip itself (the leather end which strikes the ball), and the ferrule (the usually white section between the wood shaft and the leather tip.
