Pool Cue with a 9-Ball Rack on Butt Sleeve

I'm trying to identify this pool cue with a unique 9-ball rack image on the butt sleeve.

It's a well-made pool cue made with birdseye maple. It has two points in the forearm and of course, the 9-ball rack graphic on the butt.

However, it doesn't have a brand name.

I would greatly appreciate any help.

   It appears to be an inexpensive import cue.

   The design was popularized by Viking Cue in the 1980s, with the Viking A-800 cue model and the Viking N-1000 cue model. See:

   I know that in that question, the user asking the original question mentioned that Viking told him it was simply a customization (without having physically seen the cue). I have not been able to verify this one way or another. I am skeptical that it's a Viking Cue based on the rubber bumper style and a few other design details and quality issues that stand out.
