That looks like a cue case from Fine Brothers in NY.
Could you post more pictures of the case?
If it's a Fine Brothers cue case and you want to sell it, I might be interested.

Ill add more pictures when I get home.
What I have found so far is that it looks like a Meucci Orignal MO-1 cue. Can anybody confirm this and help me value it?
I do intend to sell but I would like to keep them together.

I have no clue what the Meucci may be worth but when you determine a value for the package, send me an email
jfishbein@snet.net
I asked a Meucci collector/dealer about the value of a MO-1 and he advised if straight and not in need of a refinish, it's worth ~$175.
Also, there is one presently listed on eBay which might give some additional insight into the value.

It is indeed a Meucci Originals MO-1 cue.
The shaft on the right doesn't belong to that cue though.
It's a little banged up and some Meucci Originals collectors would want to refinish it.
It does have the original Meucci "pill style" bumper, which helps with value a tiny bit and will help you sell it.
The $175 that @Type79 mentioned is in the ball-park.
Personally, I would sell the case separately. You'll likely fetch more overall by selling them separately.
