   In this condition, I would value it at somewhere between $120 and $170, assuming both the shaft and butt of the cue roll straight.

   It's the lowest-end cue in the Meucci Originals MO line, and there are lots of them around as well.

   Is the joint pin brass or stainless steel?

   I believe the joint is stainless steel

   Most likely it's from the 1980s then. A brass pin would put it somewhere in the 1970s.
