   This is a Dale Perry cue.

   The signature is "D Perry" followed by a "1/1", which indicates that the pool cue is a one-of-a-kind design.

   Dale Perry, AKA the "I'm quitting cue making, taking all the leftover bits I have, making lots of not-so-great pool cues, and selling them on eBay for less than $200 bucks a pop".

   These are better than most of the "custom" cues you can get out of the Philippines but lack the quality of what you would get in a $500 McDermott or Viking pool cue.

   I have two Dale Perry DP 1 of 1 specials, both were purchased for less than $150 from the original buyers who paid roughly that same amount when they won them off eBay.
