Info on the BMC Texas Series Cues
The BMC Texas cue series line contains four Texas-themed pool cues with a special inlay in the shape of the state.
Each of the cues are made of Texas Mesquite wood provided by Val Beesley's wood products company. The line was commissioned by Val Beesley and sold through his son's retail company, The Cypress House.
There are either 23 or 25 of each of the cues made.
- Val and Nick Beesley's ads selling the cues all say "23 cues made"
- Bob Meucci says 28 were made, a number representing the fact that Texas is the 28th state to join the union.
The BMC Texas cues first came out sometime in late 2012. The prototype of the BMC Texas Oil Man cue is dated 2012-12-28.
