Definition of Top Speed
Top Speed is a billiards slang term that is a part of Skill Level Terminology.
Top speed refers to a player who is at the top of his or her game, and as good as he or she can be. A pool player who is playing at top speed is generally an excellent billiard player, and can probably beat, or hold his or her own with 98% of all billiard players.
