Definition of Three Cushion
Three Cushion is a billiards term that is a part of Cue Sport Game Name Terminology.
Three cushion billiards is a form of carom billiards for the masters of the game. Three cushion billiards is played in the same manner with two cue balls and a single object ball. The difference lies with the fact that, in between hitting the opponent’s cue ball and the object ball your cue ball must bounce off of three rails. Three cushion billiards is a game that is played with a specially sized table that does not have any pockets.
