Definition of Side Spin
Side Spin is a billiards slang term that is a part of Billiard Technique Terminology.
Side spin is an informal phrase to refer to the application of english to the cue ball by striking it either to the left or to the right of it's center axis. Amateur or leisure players may refer to english as side spin. Side spin may be shortened to just side in some locales.
