Definition of Masse
Masse is a billiards term that is a part of Billiard Technique Terminology.
A masse is a type of billiard shot that exhibits a steep curve of cue ball direction without the help of a rail or other object ball to rebound from. A masse shot can also cause complete ball reversal if applied properly. A masse shot is executed on the cue ball via a sharply raised cue stick.
