Definition of Escape
Escape is a billiards term that is a part of Billiard Technique Terminology.
In one pocket, to escape means to safely get out of a trap. In other games, to escape is to successfully and legally get out of a snooker situation.

I'm sure Fred plans to escape from that snooker. He's not just going to sit there are take that.
