Definition of BCA
BCA is a billiards term that is a part of Organization Terminology.
BCA is the acronym for the billiard congress of america, the predominant governing body for cue sports in North America. The BCA runs the official billiard hall of fame, and maintains all of the rules that apply to the cue sport games that the BCA manages.
