Getting table into your basement?

Getting table into your basement?

I like the Diamond but know that will not get down my staircase considering its almost fully assembled.

Are the Brunswick tables more easy to maneuver? I like the Mission although I might not be able to talk the wife into going that high in price. lol

Disassemble and re assemble of the pool table is the only option I can come up with and that is not a job for a amateur. I would insist on a professional certified pool table installer for such a project.

I have heard of people removing the stair well and using ropes and pulleys to get a table into their basement. Can you see the money flying out the window?

I am now thinking of the Diamond Pro 8ft with pedestal legs. This being without a ball return would be more likely to be able to get into my basement. I hope! Don't have a dealer where I live so I will have to take all measurements before it ships via freight.
