Olhausen 9' Pool Table for Sale in Annandale, NJ

I bought this 9 foot Olhausen pool table from my neighbor (who bought it new) but it is just too big for my room.

It was made in 1985 I think and the wood is in great shape. It does need new felt and rails. I am willing to trade it for smaller pool table or sell it.
