Need help with model and value of this Brunswick

Hello, I'm looking at this Brunswick table for sale, and I'm having a hard time establishing the model number and value of it. The owner says it's built in 1909, but I'm not sure if that's the case or not. Below are some images and verbage that he has posted on the sale site. From speaking to him on the phone, it's apparantly an 'oversized 8' table'.

I'm looking for a table and am completely overwhelmed by all the choices out there. The only two names I recognize are Brunswick and Olhausen. There seem to be a myriad of choices out there with very little history behind them, so I find myself patiently seeking something more familiar. Can you give me some input for a first time shopper? It's a big purchase, and I'd prefer to spend a little extra to get something that will outlast me.
