Need help on assessing value of 1969 Sport King

Husband and I are buying a home and in the home is a pool table that the sellers want us to buy to go with the home. It is a 1969 "Sport King Rack O Matic" they said that was refelted 7 years ago. The table is in great condition and comes with 8 sticks. We're hoping to know if $700 is a reasonable asking price for this table. We want it but we have no idea on pricing. Need advice.
