My Personal Billiard Room
I just joined the forum today and thought I would introduce myself and show you people my billiards room.
I do not know who made my table since I purchased it about 18 years ago. It's been moved a couple of times and recovered with new pool table cloth about every 4 years.
New bumpers went on with the last recover job. It is amazing how you don't notice your bumpers going dead until you put fresh, lively ones on.
For many years I ran bright red felt on it, but changed over to the color you see in the photos about 2 years ago.
I like to play eight ball and nine ball but lately have been looking for different games to change things up a bit.
I am looking forward to learning some new stuff from you fine people.

Welcome aboard! It looks like a great fireplace. The two hollow bodies look like you may appreciate jazz? Is either one a Gibson by chance?

The two guitars you see there are Guilds. One is an X-500 and the other is a rare X-500T (aka a poor man's L5).
In addition to the Guilds, I own two Gibsons, two Fenders, and two Gretsches. My place is the Noah's ark of guitars. I have four amps, all point to point hand wired tube circuits to provide the noise.
While I like jazz, I mostly play swing, jump blues, blues, and a little old fashioned rock and roll.
Glad you like my fireplace. It gets cold here in the winters.

Its indeed beautiful and spacious as needed for billiard table. The thing which I liked to play the most is jazz.
