Where to buy Brunswick Anniversary Pool Table Base Material

HI guys. I have a anniversary brunswick 8' table and I want to restore the bases. They look to have some kind of flexible birch plywood that is bent around a skeleton frame and then stained to match the rails. The bases have splits and I want to replace, repair etc. Can't seem to find the material in my local big box stores. Thinking of veneering over them if I have too. Any ideas on what to buy?
