questions about repairing a table

For Christmas I am trying to repair my father's Olhausen Drake II 8 ft table. What type of cushions are typically used for home pool tables. (i.e k55, k66)? Which cloth is recommended? preferably under $150. Do you have to purchase the cushion facings separately or does everything I need come with the cushions?
