identifying replacement rubbers

identifying replacement rubbers

I have a table of unknown manufacture and want to replace the cushion rubber. Do I need to remove the felt to identify the rubber profile? I am a professional woodworker but have never messed with pool tables til now. If someone could give me some direction I would be very thankful.
