Help with Bar Billiard Table Pin and Spot Layout

I have just purchased a bar billiard table that has been recover, it has no marking for spotting the ball or the pins.

Please, does anyone know exactly where the marks should be on a bar billiards table?

   I think this is the info you're looking for regarding the layout of pins and spots on a bar billiard table:

   • The first dot is exactly 9 inches from the BACK of the starting point. You see the skittles here on the table.
   • The ones farther back are flanked exactly 9 inches from their respective side banks, in line with the 100 hole.
