Cushion Profile for Fredrick Willys Pool Table

What is the correct cushion profile for a Fredrick Willys pool table?

I am replacing rubbers on an older Fredrick Willy bar box style pool table. The old rubbers appear to have melted or just turned into tootsie roll-looking goo. They're completely unrecognizable.

K66, K55, U23, and 818 cushion profiles are all too big on the face of rail.

818 seemed closest but when glued on, it sits way too low (barely 1 11/6" to the nose of rail) causing ball to hop.

Does anyone know what profile cushions FW pool tables might be?

I had read that they used 3 different types of cushion profiles over the years (but not sure which types, exactly).

I've not found any reference for them, but if I come across anything, I'll let you know (and please let us know if you figure it out in the meanwhile).

    I have the same problem.

It looks like the cushion is held to the rail with an L-shaped lock, pressed in .

The rails are only 5/8" x 5/8" to maybe 3/4". They look to snap in or press in, though.

The rail needs to be 1 1/4" to 1 5/16" at the rail point in order to keep the ball from getting wings.

Help us out if anyone knows. Someone has to have em!
