Cost to Put New Cloth on a Pool Table

I have an old Irving Kaye slate pool table.

It currently has tan-colored felt but it has some terrible stains on it. I have tried to clean it but the stain seems to be deep into the felt.

I don't like the tan color and would like to replace it with a green colored felt.

How much will it cost to put new cloth on the pool table?

The bumpers are in good shape.
