Corroded Feet on Brunswick Gold Crown

I have a Brunswick Gold Crown that I'm getting ready to sell. I noticed that a couple of the feet are slightly corroded. I'm wondering if this is normal or if it might be the result of water damage. Also, is there any way to clean them? Thanks.
