Coin Mechanism for US Billiards Pool Table

Can you help me identify what I am missing or put me in contact with someone who has a similar table.

This is a US Billiards pool table, coin-operated, built in the 1960s.

It is single coin operated pool table and is missing some parts that trigger the ball release mechanism.

I would like to get pictures of someone else's so that I can fabricate and fix mine.

Can anyone help?
