Best Quality Replacement Pool Table Cushions, Cloth, and Billiard Balls?

I have recently bought a used commercial type billiard table. It's dimension is basically 4' x 8'.

When I tested the billiard cushions, the majority of them were very hard. The balls hardly bounced off them. So, I'm in the process of replacing the cushions along with the cloth on the pool table.

The is the first billiard table I have ever owned therefore I want to replace the cushions, the cloth, and the billiard balls with the best available. Since I new at this sort of thing can someone recommend the best products.
