1969 Fisher Duchess Pool Table Parts

I am here doing some research in regards to Fisher pool tables and I was reading about the interesting history of the Fischer Pool Table Mfg company.

I am looking for parts for a 1969 Fisher Duchess billiard table. Specifically the silver scorers that are embedded in the frame.

We recently - last night actually - were given a 1969 Fischer Duchess pool table. It has the numbers "02 '69" stamped under table.

Where can I get the part numbers for the silver scoring compartment for the Fisher Duchess model pool table?

One of the scoring compartments is fine and numbers are all there, but the other compartment is missing the numbers which rotate to indicate score. The pool table is in fine condition otherwise.
