1966 Fischer Empress Ninety Two Cushion Profile
Just bought a Fischer Billiards Empress Ninety Two (1966 or earlier) and am planning to install new felt and cushions. Anyone know if the E92 uses K55 or U23 cushions?

K55 is what I used recently on my Fischer Dutchess. I assume they're the same. However, you can pull the felt off of one rail and measure the rubber itself to get an exact idea.

If I remember correctly, most 1960's Fischer pool tables use the K66 cushion profile (not K55).
Here is a link to the K66 rubber on amazon.com
If you want to double check this, call Ken Hash at Classic Billiards. He's by far and away the guy to ask these types of questions, and he's always very friendly and willing to help. He's been doing pool table restoration for over 25 years. His contact info is found in the link above.
Also found a few other references confirming this:

Most Fisher's I worked on used K66 if I remember correctly. Take the cushion compltely off the rail and then measure it. I am pretty certain you have k66
Assuming it has the correct cushions installed on it currently, you can measure them. It is the best way to be sure since you're changing them out anyway. When you pull the old ones off, measure the angled face of the subrail from X1 to X2.
- 1 1/8 is K66
- No less than 1 1/4 is K55
