Who Makes My Pool Table

I am trying to get new cloth and cushions put on my table. I have no idea what brand it is, and the company that is going to do it says they must know what kind it is before they can order the rubber or the cloth. It has one tag on it underneath with a model number of 60492378R and a serial number of 1090. It is an eight footer with a metal railing ball return system if that helps. All help would be greatly appreciated. I also know the slate came from Spain.

   Did you ever figure out who made your pool table model # 60492378R? Another guy has the same one, and is asking the same thing.

   No unfortunately I did not. Planning on just replacing the table sooner than later..

   Here are the pics of the other guy's table. I still couldn't find anything on any variation of the model number. Thanks anyway for getting back to me.

   We figured it out. You have a "Centurion" model pool table made by Montgomery Ward.
